How Do I Register?

STUDENTS, TEACHERS, VOLUNTEERS

Everyone will create an account to sign up for one of our events. Everyone must complete and sign a waiver to attend the iNSPiRE event. The event coordinator will provide the form.


TEACHERS

Yes, in fact, we encourage teachers to join. Help us educate students on future STEM opportunities throughout the school year. (Note: iNSPiRE is not able to offer continuing education credits for teachers who attend this event.


VOLUNTEERS

First off, thank you for helping us inspire students for the day! Please register, fill out the waiver, and arrive a few minutes before we kick off the day. Tasks will be assigned to you in your portal; if you have any questions, please contact the event planner.


CAPACITY

Students and schools are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited, so local schools are encouraged to register students as soon as possible.


What is provided?

FREE EVENT

This event is free! Thanks to our sponsors we are able to supply students with the tools to have a great time at iNSPiRE.


BEVERAGES, SNACKS, & LUNCH

YES! Students will start the day off with breakfast and opening announcements. They will have access to snacks throughout the day until lunch is served.


What is required?

ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS

Any students are welcome to attend iNSPiRE. No prerequisite classes. No GPA requirements. Students in 8th - 12th grade are welcome.


DRESS CODE

Please follow your school's dress code.


What are the Covid-19 protocols?

FACE MASKS

Yes, Omnitech will provide a safe environment at iNSPiRE by providing face masks, which will be optional for anyone attending our events.


CLEAN AREAS

Hand sanitizers will be accessible in all rooms, and spaces will be cleaned periodically to reduce spreading. It is up to everyone to take the necessary precautions according to you.


SYMPTOMS

Please do not attend the event if you are displaying symptoms of COVID-19 or have been recently diagnosed with or exposed to COVID-19. Please take a look at the latest CDC guidelines on when to quarantine.
