Many teenage girls believe that leadership can only be achieved through significant recognition, such as being elected team captain, class president, or securing the lead role in a play. However, they often overlook the fact that leadership extends beyond such accomplishments. It encompasses the confidence to express one’s thoughts and pursue personal goals. Leadership is also about earning the respect of others and making a difference in everyday situations.

Molly can assist students in discovering what type of leader they aspire to be. She can teach them how to identify their strengths and the values they want to uphold in order to make a positive impact in their daily lives.
